Sophie is a writer, director, and consultant based in New York. She earned her BFA with Honors from the NYU Tisch School of the Arts Undergraduate Film and Television program, where she focused her studies on TV and comedy writing and development. She currently serves as the Entertainment & Media Fellow for Disability Belongs through their National Leadership Program. She previously interned in the Script Department at Saturday Night Live, and worked as a disability inclusion consultant on Nick Jr.'s Blue's Clues & You! to assist in the development of a character with albinism.

As a queer, disabled, and Jewish artist, Sophie is committed to creating stories that accurately and positively represent her communities, particularly through TV and comedy.
